Pay Utility Bill

There are several ways to pay your water/sewer utility bill. Learn more about the different methods below.

Online

Step 1.Find Your Account ID # & PIN #

This will be listed on your utility billing statement you should have received. 

Step 2.Go to the Online Portal to Pay Your Bill.

Step 3.Enter Your Account ID # & PIN # 

 Once you have logged in you can: 

  • Pay your utility bill
  • View current account information
  • View billing & payment history
  • View service & consumption summaries.

Phone

Pay over the phone with our automated 24-Hour Phone Number. (Accepts only credit cards). 

To Pay

Drop Box

You may drop off your payment in our 24-Hour Drop Box at any time. 

Step 1.Checks Are Only Accepted

Please make check payable to: City of Eustis 

Step 2.Include Your Statement & Check 

Please include both your utility billing stub and written out check in the provided envelope. 

Step 3.24-Hour Drop Off 

The drop box is located next to the Water Customer Service Building Lot at: 10 S. Eustis Street, Eustis, FL 32726

Bank Draft

Auto-Pay can be set up using a checking or savings account. If you would like to set up auto pay using your bank account: 

Step 1.Complete the Online Form

Step 2.Return Form with a Voided Check or Deposit Slip 

Complete the authorization form and then return to us with a voided check from your checking account or a voided deposit slip from savings account that you wish to have charged each month. 

Return the form online, mail (P.O. Box 1946, Eustis, FL 32726), or in person (10 S. Eustis Street, Eusist, FL 32726).

Step 3.Process Time 

After your form has been received and processed, expect a 30 day delay for withdrawal to allow for bank processing. Once initiated, you will receive a bill with the notation, " Your Account will be Drafted for, " with the amount deducted on your bill or the balance on the account. 

** Should the bank account you have authorized change or be closed, you are responsible for providing written notification to the City of Eustis at least 30 days prior to the change. ** 

Mail

Only checks are accepted.
