Setting up Auto Pay (Utility Bills)

Hate trying to remember to pay your utility bill every month? Pay by using the Auto Pay option.

 

Please Note:

  • You will still receive a bill every month, it will tell you the amount that we will deduct and on what specific date.

  • If funds are not available and the payment is returned a retuned check fee will apply. Fees for a returned payment are currently from $25-$50 based on the amount that was returned.

If you would also like to receive paperless billing (e-billing), submit your request through our online form.

To get started on your Auto Pay, select one of the methods below:

 

Online

Step 1.Fill-out the Online Form. 

You will need to upload/include a voided check or letter from your bank, with your account number and confirmation number. 

Auto Pay Form

Step 2.Once Form is Submitted, it Will Take 30-days to Begin. 

A customer service representative will reach out to you once the form is processed.

If you need to stop auto-pay, please contact us immediately. To stop service will also require a 30-day notice. 

Mail

Step 1.Download and Print-off Form.

Step 2.Submit Application by Mail.

You will need to upload/include a voided check or letter from your bank, with your account number and confirmation number.

Step 3.Once Form is Submitted, it Will Take 30-days to Begin.

In-Person

Step 1.Pick-up / Print-off Form  

Pick-up form at our Water Customer Service Department located at: 10 S. Grove Street, Eustis (downtown, next to Ace Hardware) and bring back to our department at your convenience. 

OR  Print-Off Form

Step 2.Bring Your Application or Drop-off 

Bring your application to our Water Customer Service Department Building or drop-off in our overnight bin located just outside the building, along with a voided check or letter from your bank, with your account number and confirmation number. 

Step 3.Once Form is Submitted, it Will Take 30-days to Begin.
