The City of Eustis introduces the new Downtown Waterfront Entertainment District, approved September 5, 2013 by Ordinance #13-11, which brings together businesses for mutual promotion and activities as well as family and friends to enjoy our unique shopping experience, fine dining, and live entertainment.
Many of Eustis' finest retail shops and restaurants are located within the District. Learn about Eustis history at the

On-street possession / consumption of alcoholic beverages, dispensed by a licensed establishment in a clear plastic container up to 16 fluid ounces, is authorized within the District on Thursday - Saturday between the hours of 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Outdoor entertainment is permitted on Thursday - Saturday, between the hours of 7 a.m. to midnight.
The Entertainment District is designed to create an opportunity to offer a variety of amenities to the public in a convenient physical location which promotes the downtown and City, fosters a mutual relationship among downtown merchants and encourage private development of entertainment facilities which enhance and complement the use of the public facilities
First Friday Street Party events provide family-friendly, community social events to promote the downtown businesses and showcase Historic Downtown Eustis. These events, held on the First Friday of every month from 6:00 - 9:00 pm, are renowned throughout Lake County. Events normally have two stages of entertainment and 25-50 vendors. Depending on the time of the year and weather conditions, the streets of Downtown Eustis see anywhere from 700-2,000 people.

Come join us every 4th Saturday for our monthly Classic Car Downtown Cruise-In at 2:00 - 5:00 pm in Historic Downtown Eustis where classic and exotic cars fill the streets and take the public to a bygone era of beautiful automobiles. The event is presented by the Eustis Business Alliance in partnership with the City.
