Public Notice of Community Meeting on 9/17/2024

Notice is hereby given that a Community Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at 5:15 P.M. at the City of Eustis City Commission Room, 10 N. Grove St., Eustis, FL to discuss the following:

Revising a proposed 60-unit single-family residential subdivision on approximately 24.96 acres of property, located on the north side of Pine Meadows Golf Course Road, south of the intersection of Orange Avenue and Beach Drive (Alternate Key Numbers 3907758, 2831634, and 1588243)

This Community Meeting is an opportunity for the neighbors in the area to review the proposed subdivision and provide input to the applicant, prior to formal re-submission to the City.

The application may be examined from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. at the City of Eustis Development Services Department, 4 N. Grove St., Eustis, Florida. Please contact our office at 352-483-5460 if you have any questions.
