Boat Ramps Closed
The City of Eustis has closed the Boat Ramps on Lakeshore Drive. The ramps will remain closed until water levels recede and it is safe to launch and retrieve watercraft. A separate notice will be posted when the ramps are expected to reopen.
For the safety of all residents a No Wake order is currently in effect, and anyone with watercraft already on Lake Eustis should travel at idle speeds when within 100 feet of the shoreline.
Yard Debris
The City will be assisting Waste Management with collecting debris. Waste Management will collect some bagged or binned yard debris during each regular collection. Citizens are reminded that Waste Management cannot pick up all of the additional debris bags in one day on residential routes. Public Works will collect larger limbs and piles of debris. The City has been set up in a grid pattern, beginning downtown and spreading to more outlying areas. Once the full city has been serviced, Public Works will begin the cycle again for a second round of pick-up. It may take several weeks for all yard debris to be collected.

During activation of Lake County's Emergency Operations Center, the link below will hold key information, such as sandbags and shelter locations, for residents to utilize before, during, and after a storm.
The Lake County Citizens Information Line will be open from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. daily to assist residents during the storm.
