PUBLIC NOTICE OF EUSTIS CITY COMMISSION ATTENDANCE
AT PUBLIC MEETINGS/EVENTS
JANUARY - FEBRUARY 2025 

As of December 19, 2024

Notice is hereby given that more than one Eustis City Commissioner may attend and discuss matters relevant to the City of Eustis at the following public meetings and community events:

  • Lake Eustis Area Chamber of Commerce 2025 Breakfast "State of the City" - (1st Wednesday of each month) Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at 7:15 a.m. at Eustis Community Center located at 601 Northshore Drive, Eustis, FL.
  • Lake County League of Cities Luncheon – (2nd Friday of each month) Friday, January 10, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at Mount Dora Golf Course located at 1100 South Highland Street, Mount Dora, FL.
  • “We Make Lake” Network Meeting – Thursday, January 23, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Lake Technical College located at 2001 Kurt St, Eustis, FL 32726.
  • “We Make Lake” Network Meeting – Thursday, February 4, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Lake Technical College located at 2001 Kurt St, Eustis, FL 32726.

EUSTIS CITY COMMISSION
NOTICE OF CHANGE IN CITY COMMISSION DECEMBER MEETINGS

Notice is hereby given that, due to the December holidays, the Eustis City Commission is combining the two December regular City Commission meetings into one which will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2024, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Commission Room, located at 10 N. Grove St., Eustis, FL 32726. December 5, 2024, meeting is rescheduled to December 12, 2024, and the December 19, 2024, meeting is cancelled. The agenda for the said meeting will be available on the City’s website at Eustis.org or through the City Clerk’s office on or about Friday, December 6, 2024, or as soon thereafter as possible.

 

 

 

 

 

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commission, Agency or other above-named Board with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (Florida Statutes, 286.0105).  Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the office of the City Clerk at (352) 483-5430, at least 48 hours before the date of the scheduled meeting.
