The Woman's Club is a historical facility that will catch your eye with high cathedral ceilings, wood floors, audiovisual equipment, updated catering kitchen, and cozy seating. This facility is also equipped with a courtyard used for ceremonies, outdoor pictures, and outdoor game areas.

Seating / Table Capacity

 (maximum): 

  • 156 People - Auditorium Style
  • 100 People - Dinner Style (based on 8 chairs per table)
  • 80 People - Classroom Style (4 chairs per table)

Table / Chair Style Available

(pre-set according to agreed floor plan): 

  • 60" round / 29" high tables - 8 chairs max (19 total tables)
  •  8' x 30" rectangular / 29" high (8 tables total)
  • 30" x 30" card tables
  • Chairs - padded, dark blue (125 total)
  • Chairs - folding (30 total, used for auditorium style seating)

 

 

Kitchen Area

Kitchen includes a gas stove/oven, food warmers, freezer, refrigerator, commercial ice maker, microwave, coffee pots/serving urns, preparation area and clean-up area. 

 

 

Floor Plans

Floor plans are required at time of contract. Changes allowed no later than 30 days prior to event.

 

Alcohol Requirements

Alcohol is permitted with the following requirements: 

  1. Approved by Director of Recreation
  2. Liability & Host Liquor Liability Insurance (non-refundable fee)
  3. Fee based on the number of guests, event duration, etc. 

 

Facility Rental Rates

RENTAL FEE LIST

Security Deposit Due at completion of contract (Refundable).

Alcohol functions = $ 375.00 + hourly rate        
Non-alcohol functions = $250.00 + hourly rate

 

Refund contingent upon the condition of facility following usage, in addition to adhering to house rules outlined in the contract.

Chaperones are required for all youth functions; 1 per every 25 minors. The City Manager or Designee reserves the right to require Liability Insurance and/or Host Liquor Liability Insurance for any function at a City facility. Sales Tax is 7% on hourly rental total.  

FACILITY HOURLY RATE FEES:

  • All fee balances are due four (4) weeks prior to function.  The fees listed below do not cover refundable deposits or insurance. 
  • All rentals are non-smoking facilities. 
  • Rental hours are available from 8:00 a.m. – Midnight

Weekday Rates (Mon. - Thur.):

RESIDENT: $70.00 / hour
NON-RESIDENT: $75.00 / hour 

Weekend Rates (Fri. - Sun.):

RESIDENT: $100.00 / hour
NON-RESIDENT: $150.00 / hour 

*** City Resident rates are based on County Property Appraiser’s website, with regard to the payment of City of Eustis taxes. Residency Rates DO NOT include those homes in Unincorporated Eustis.***
