Cardinal Cove (287 Cardinal Street).
Our new fishing pier, picnic facilities, covered pavilion, tennis court, and quarter-mile multi-purpose track at this facility make it a popular destination for family activities and events. Stroll the scenic boardwalk along Lake Willie to access the facilities at the Carver Recreation Complex.
Carver Park (2214 East Bates Avenue).
This recreation complex provides a variety of activities for every member of your family. Facilities include basketball courts, softball fields, picnic tables, covered pavilions, and a grill area. Stroll the scenic boardwalk along Lake Willie to access the facilities at Cardinal Cove.
Carver Park Annex (North side of Bates Avenue, across from Carver Park).
This newer recreation facility includes a multi-purpose field for soccer, football, etc.; racquetball courts, a nature area; and an activities pavilion with picnic tables.
Elizabeth Circle (West of Kurt Street at junction of Clay Boulevard and Eustis Road).
This small, neighborhood park provides playground equipment and a tennis court.
Ferran Park (250 Ferran Park Drive). ** Closed till June 30 for Phase IV Improvements **
This jewel of the downtown area is ideally located on the shores of beautiful Lake Eustis. Beautifully landscaped, with walking paths and benches throughout the park provides a glimpse into our history which includes the beautiful, restored sea wall running along the lakefront to the Mediterranean style bandshell (listed on the national historic register) located at the northern end of the park. Other facilities include a playground area, two gazebos, and picnic tables. Immediately adjacent to the park, lies the city's aquatic center and the ever-popular Eustis Lake Walk with 1/4 mile of sidewalk.
"GT" Dog Park (705 Hill Street).
This new and brightly colored dog park recently opened in December 2019 and named after Commissioner Carla Gnann-Thompson. It features a large and small dog side, water foutains, pinic tables and benches, water features/misters for the dogs, dog wash bays, and plenty of shade!
Selleen Tot Lot (Selleen Drive, south of Getford Road).
This small, neighborhood park is perfect for families with small children, providing both playground equipment and picnic tables.
Sunset Island Park (301 W. Ward Avenue, west of Bay Street).
Pavilion, picnic tables, track, and playground equipment make this park a favorite picnic area. Facilities include: playground equipment; basketball court, racquetball courts, tennis courts, quarter-mile walking path, picnic tables, two pavilions, and a skate board park that was designed and built by Team Pain Skateparks! Featuring a bowl and a plaza style street course.
Palmetto Point Park (Getford Road near Hicks Ditch).
This beautiful park includes a half-mile walking trail with exercise stations, a multipurpose field and restroom facilities.
Pendleton Park (Adjacent to the Community Center).
Overlooking beautiful Lake Eustis, Pendleton Park is equipped with new playground equipment, picnic tables, and provides easy access to the Eustis Lake Walk.
Liberty Circle, (Liberty St, Eustis, FL) equipped with playground.
Pets are more than welcome in our beautiful parks. We ask that pet owners please pick-up after your pets so that everyone can enjoy the use of the parks.
