You may also mail in your completed application to City of Eustis, P.O. Drawer 68, Attn: HR, Eustis FL 32727-0068. Depending upon the department in which you volunteer, you may be asked to go to the Lake County Sheriff's Office in Tavares for fingerprinting at no expense to you. Background checks are required when volunteering for the City of Eustis.)
